Course summary:
During this programme you will undertake
practical activities in a number of different
health and social care settings while you
study for a recognised qualification. A
framework of learning combines Key Skills
/ Functional Skills, NVQs and Technical
Certificates. Topics include health and
safety, communication, completion of
records, dealing effectively with patients,
visitors and staff. The Advanced
Apprenticeship enables further skills and
knowledge to be acquired in your chosen
area of specialism.
Progression:
Transition from Apprenticeship to Advanced
Apprenticeship. Entry to Hull Training
foundation degree, other higher education
course or employment.
