Course summary:
This qualification is suitable if you are
interested in various job roles including
reception, administration, call centres, retail
and commercial enterprise, or for anyone
who is looking to develop their career
prospects within a service industry. A
framework of learning combines Key Skills
/ Functional Skills, NVQs and Technical
Certificates. Topics include delivering
reliable customer service, developing
customer relations and resolving customer
service problems. The Advanced
Apprenticeship enables further skills and
knowledge to be acquired in your chosen
career specialism.
Progression:
Transition from Apprenticeship to Advanced
Apprenticeship. Entry to Hull Training
foundation degree, other higher education
course or employment.
