The Hull Long Term Conditions team are looking for an enthusiastic and well motivated individual to join the Supporting People with Long Term Conditions team.
The post requires someone with excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills. You will have excellent keyboard/PC skills (minimum RSA II/ECDL or equivalent) and at least 3 years experience in a secretarial and administrative role. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Use of Microsoft Access, Outlook and PowerPoint is desirable.
This is a very busy environment and the job involves dealing with telephone calls from patients and health professionals, answering queries and receiving and forwarding messages accurately and efficiently. The post holder will be expected to carry out some data entry on a regular basis.
Candidates must be highly organised, being able to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Experience of working within an NHS Environment would be advantageous.

DescriptionAn opportunity has arisen for a medical support secretary to join the secretarial team at the Eye Hospital working to support the ophthalmic secretaries and consultant team. This is a part-time position, working 8 hours on a Monday and a Friday. Hours of work are between 8.30 am and

The successful candidate will work as part of a team and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills together with an ability to prioritise workloads and must be able to work well under pressure. An RSA II typing/word processing qualification (or equivalent) together with experience of audio typing are essential.
